An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, enthusiastic and technically minded Assistant Surveyor to join the Estates Team to help deliver the Estates Strategy and Minor construction projects, as well as assisting on larger construction related projects.
The role holder will be expected to design and deliver minor works projects utilising both the traditional and Design & Build routes; carrying out detailed building feasibility studies, producing technical drawings/concepts, producing technical specifications and overseeing construction related minor works projects from conception through to completion/handover as well as liaising with Design & Build contractors to ensure requirements are met and adhered too.
You will have experience of delivering multiple minor construction/building works at the same time in a fast paced environment as well as having up to date technical knowledge, the ability to create technical drawings and excellent specification writing skills.
