The Opportunity:

Staffordshire Police are offering an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Learning and Organisational Development team to assist with the development of our police officers and police staff to protect and serve the people within Staffordshire. 

Successful candidates will be able to utilise their experience and expertise to internally quality assure policing qualifications and accreditations across a range of policing roles, with specific focus on Professionalising the Investigation Process (PIP) or those of Sergeants and Inspectors completing a qualification as part of their promotion process. 

In addition to providing training, expert advice and guidance to candidates and assessors in relation to their qualifications and accreditations, there will be an opportunity to work with police officer and police staff colleagues to provide some additional support to assist the learners through their programmes where required.  

The successful candidate will be an integral part of an enthusiastic, hard-working team dedicated to support policing colleagues to complete learning and development programmes and progress with their personal development and performance.
