Staffordshire Police People & OD Team are seeking to appoint a new Leadership and OD Manager.  As an Organisational Development subject matter specialist, you will be responsible and accountable for implementing behavioural and cultural change initiatives across all Force areas through the creation of short, mid and long-term strategies to drive achievement of Force priorities as outlined in our Policing Plan.

 Your specialist knowledge and skills must include:

  • Leadership and management
  • Performance Management
  • Induction and on-boarding
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Talent enablement
  • Organisational change
  • Apprenticeships

The OD Team in still recent in its creation for Staffordshire Police, however, they have covered significant ground and built strong foundations with both internal and external stakeholders.  This role will put you at the heart of behavioural and cultural change in the Force and as such your ability to influence and guide is significant.
