About the Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who holds a level 3 SEN qualified or who can evidence equivalent experience who has the ability, interest and drive to undertake a 2-year Level 5 professional qualification, whilst working in our L&OD team.

To support you in your journey to a professional qualification we will provide you with the following:

The L&OD Level 5 qualification provides you with the essential knowledge and skills to grow within a professional HR function.  It will provide opportunity to achieve Associate CIPD status.  There will be opportunity with further CPD to upgrade membership to Chartered CIPD.

Above all we are looking for forward thinking individuals who have the ability to adapt and develop in the role and be part of the new approach to policing.
