Knowledge Hub Senior Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our recently created Knowledge Hub for a Senior Analyst. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of Analysts, Research and Data Officers and Intelligence officers/DCs/DSs to deliver a service that reduces threat, risk and harm.

You will manage areas of business within the hub ensuring the delivery of leading edge information, intelligence, performance, knowledge and insight. You will possess excellent business and technical skills and the ability to negotiate effectively in order to meet the needs of KH Users.

The successful candidate will be a flexible, self-starter with the ability to think critically. You will enjoy leading people and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be familiar with all criminal intelligence analysis techniques and have the ability to fully exploit the NIM business model.

You should be comfortable writing high profile intelligence products and have experience of tactical, investigative, organisational and strategic problem profiling. It would also be useful to have experience of Quality Assurance and staff engagement.

The recruitment process will involve both an assessment and interview including presentation, dates to be confirmed
