Evidential Management Officer (Fixed Term)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Evidential Management Officer, ideal candidates will be organised with a keen eye for detail.
Based at: Watling Street
Evidential Management Officer are responsible for actively managing evidential property within stores across the Force. Operating in accordance with associated policy and procedures they will ensure that on receipt of any property that this is accurately recorded in the Property Management System (NICHE) and that they proactively manage all additions, disposals, amendments and movement of property within their stores in line with requests from Officers in the case.
Through regular reviews and audits property officers will ensure standards are maintained and that property levels are monitored specifically around priority items such as;
- Forensics
- Cash
- Drugs
- Firearms
Essential: The role is for Evidential Management Officer working in the Evidential Management Unit with the main base as Watling but with the requirement to travel between locations around the county so applicants need a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle whilst also being capable of driving a long wheel based van as we cover all of our departments logistical collections / returns etc.
