About the Opportunity


The successful applicant would join the Operational Support Directorate Senior Leadership Team and be based in the Force-wide Knowledge Hub that manages performance, research, intelligence and analysis capability.

The role holder will primarily be responsible for force-wide performance analysis. The role also manages the senior analysts that are responsible for investigative and neighbourhood policing.


The expectation to inform on threat, the harm it poses and therefore the risk will be a daily requirement of this rare opportunity across the policing landscape.

The role is varied, fascinating and challenging with the opportunity to engage in local, regional and national policing matters.
