Building Surveyor - Technical Services

Technical Services - Building Surveyor - 12 months Fixed Term (Reviewable)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, enthusiastic and technically minded building surveyor to join the Estates Team to help deliver the Estates Strategy. 

The role will involve carrying out detailed building feasibility studies, producing technical drawings/concepts, producing technical specifications and overseeing construction related projects from conception through to completion/handover. 

You will have experience of delivering construction/building related projects in a fast paced environment as well as having up to date technical knowledge, the ability to create technical drawings and excellent specification writing skills.
