About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Occupational Health Department for an Occupational Health Adviser. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification and experience in an Occupational Health environment.

This is a part time role (2 days per week) with the benefits of flexible working, and is part of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Team within Occupational Health, providing support to Staffordshire Police and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

We want to reflect the communities we serve and one way we can try to achieve this is through a 'positive action' approach.

Positive action is activity which helps employers identify and remove barriers and issues to the recruitment, retention and progression of people who identify with underrepresented groups of the Equalities Act 2010 (i.e. LGBT+, ethnicity, disability), whilst still employing people on merit.
