About the opportunity

If you’ve got an IT background that involves strong interpersonal skills and a keen attention to delivering excellent customer service, we’re looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our newly formed in-house IT team within Staffordshire Police.

We are about to embark upon a significant period of transformational change across our IT estate, so a need motivated and enthusiastic Service Desk Agent who is keen to join a team focused on the future and be part of our journey in delivering critical IT systems to front line policing.
