If so, then a career as a police officer with Staffordshire Police may be just the job for you.  We are partnering with Staffordshire University to train our students, whilst helping them to earn a postgraduate qualification, which will be recognised internationally. Student officers will learn on the job as well as studying at university whilst they are serving as officers.  You are required to hold a degree to apply for this role. Most of your learning will be done digitally. You'll log onto University systems and watch lectures and access learning modules from your computer, without needing to travel to campus

Staffordshire Police is a diverse area with both rural and urban conurbations, serving over 1m people.

We anticipate new student officers joining us in the early part of 2020 and onwards and they will train and study over a two year period. 

Salary on appointment will be £22,500.
